Runtime error 1004
« on: March 02, 2024, 12:07:48 pm »
Hi everyone--

I've been using the program for over a year and am very pleased.  Last week when I was working on my inventory and sales, my cat stepped on my keyboard, hit a bunch of buttons (along with the mouse trackpad), and somehow exited out of the program.  Needless to say, my program is now totally screwed up.  I have no idea what he pushed or how he did it, but when I open the program I now receive the following message:

Run-time error '1004'

Unable to set the DisplayHeadings property of the Windows class

I've attached a screenshot of what MCP looks like when I open my file.  I hope someone can help!  I need to update my inventory!

Thanks for your help.

Hi,
It looks like your cat probably hit F11, which creates a new worksheet for a chart like shown.
If you hit CTRL+Page Up or CTRL+Page Down on the keyboard it will switch back to one of the normal worksheets and you can click the FULL SCREEN button to display the worksheet tabs and delete the worksheet that was made.
Or if you prefer just send me a copy to support@mycostpro.com and ill take care of that for you.

Thanks,
Scott
