Shipping Information Not Downloading

Hi,

Starting around 3am EST this morning, the shipping data is not being downloaded. These are labels purchased with available funds, so they should show. I reported the issue on the eBay technical forums but the thread was moved to with API developer forums, so I thought I'd check here.

Any news on what's the problem? Is it eBay or is it the spreadsheet?

Hi,
There are several known limitations to the new shipping API information, including the one you already covered (making sure you payed with ebay funds (not paypal))

We will continue to follow up on those with the ebay API support team, just let us know if your issue is not explained there.

No, the issue is not covered in the link you provided. The process for purchasing these labels is the same process I always use and it has not been a problem up until 3am EST this morning.

I purchase labels, one at a time, using available funds. All labels are domestic.

There is an issue. I don't know if it's with the spreadsheet or if it's with eBay. I'm assuming eBay.

One last question, are you using USPS, or UPS or FEDEX (or other).
And can you email me your download key and one of the sale IDs that didnt return the shipping information to:  support@mycostpro.com

I just emailed the info to you.

This morning I had four more labels to buy and when importing, the shipping info did not come with them. I just reran the download, which is about 5 or 6 hours later, and they did update with the shipping info.

However, there is a block of labels from early this morning, as mentioned, that will not update with shipping info.

Maybe they fixed the problem and it was a temporary glitch?

I won't know till I pack more orders on Tues night, but if it happens again I'll make sure to let ya know.

If you figure it out, please let me know. eBay has been very problematic, lately.

I was able to see the shipping prices for the examples you sent so just let me know if you still have any issues.
