If you have missing sales for items that have already been paid for, or need to update previously downloaded sales (to update refund information, etc), you just need to reset the download duration and click to download your sales again.
-Open MyCostPro and go to the Account Information tab
-Change the number of days to cover the range you want to re-check (up to 90 days)
-Click the 'Reset Duration' button
-Go back to the Sold Items tab and re-run your query

Another suggestion is to keep the duration as 90 days, as UPS and Fedex charges usually happen 1-3 weeks after the sale.  I have to manually change it every time.

This is a good suggestion but the main reason is that some large sellers data is slow to return even with our 18x multithreading.
We have an adaptive solution in mind that hopefully we can release with the next major update.
We try to make all of our updates transparent to the users so they dont need to download a new copy of MyCostPro, but what we have in mind will require a new download.
