Monthly numbers stopped filling in

As of October 24th my new sales will download into the sold tab, but when I go to the monthly tab, they've stopped updating.  I re-entered the 90 day pull and that didn't help, and then i went through the "update to a new version" process to see if a new copy would help but that didn't help either.

I will have to look to see what the issue is.

Based on your email address you use here, the last email I have from you was on March 31, but it looks like that issue was resolved successfully...  Can you try to resend it again?

OK, for some reason your emails arent arriving to my final domain for browsing.  I found them in the host domail and will reply back ASAP.  I also re-marked them as NOT SPAM, so hopefully future emails should forward without issue.

I'm having a similar issue.  My daily performance analysis hasn't updated since the nov 2nd.  Everything else appears to be working fine.

I'm having a similar issue. Most sales are downloading, but some are not...I can't find a similarity between the missing orders. Please advise.

Hi,
If sales are missing from the Sales tab, that is a different issue.  That can be resolved by resetting the download duration on the account info tab to go back far enough for the missing sales (up to 90 days), clicking the reset duration button, and redownloading your sales.

If you have all of the sales on the sales tab, but they are not showing up on the monthly report, please send me a copy of your file to support@mycostpro.com and I will check it out.
