I work with a VA who handles my orders and I want him to be able to access and update MCP. Is there anyway he can get access to my live document and be able to update it?

Hi, the authorization is built into the MyCostPro file when you save it (in the form of the download key that you pasted in).
So you can share it the way you would share any other excel file. It could be saved to a shared drive, etc.
