Deleting items from Unsold List

Somtimes I remove listings, usually to list elsewhere.  When that happens, I would like to take them off the unsold list.  Is it ok to delete those rows?  Or, should I do this another way?  I would like to use that list to "relist" items, but I also would like it to be "uncluttered" by these other discontinued listings.  I was also wondering if they will just come back again the next time I download unsold items.

You can delete them if you choose, they should not come back (unless you list it and it is ended as unsold again).

To properly delete a row:
Click the Full Screen button so the row numbers display on the left
Right click a row number to delete
Select Delete

Note:  If there were insertion fees or upgrade fees on an unsold item, they are being included in your reports as fees... so if you delete them that amount will no longer be reported.  If you had free insertion it wouldnt really matter.
