Transaction history after name change
« on: March 28, 2021, 11:47:42 pm »
I changed my username on ebay right before i started using mycostpro.  Is there a way to download all transactions under the previous user name with the current download key?

Hi,
The download should be tied to your account, not the specific username... so yes you should be able to download those sales.  If you are not getting them perhaps you haven't initially set the number of day in the setting tab (up to 90) to check back that far?
If you change your ebay username after you have granted MyCostPro access to your data token, it will automatically revoke any tokens and you will have to authorize it again.
You can do so by pasting your download key here:

Running into a new problem - there's a blank row in the spreadsheet and new sales are not being downloaded.
Also noticed that ad/promotion fees are not downloaded per sale but sometimes appears as a total amount. Is this normal?
please let me know if I should start a new thread.  thanks.

Please create a new thread for new questions.  Check your email first though, I replied and it looks like the same questions as below.

Hi, I sent an email on 6/7 about transaction total that didn't add up and included the file.  Haven't heard back.  Should I resend the email?
