Refunds Not Populating

I see that my refunds have not come through for a couple of months.
Not sure what the issue is.
Any suggestions?

If you have already downloaded your sale that is refunded prior to the refund being issued, you will need to reset the download duration in the account info / settings page, click the 'reset duration' button, and then redownload your sales.
Any newly available information from the API will fill in if that cell is blank (ie refund amount)

Just what I needed - though my problem was sales not populating due to the eBay token needing to be refreshed.  Thank you!!!
