New Version Release 1/29/2017 - Download it Now!

Hello everybody,
We have made a few updates, and unfortunately this time the new file is mandatory (the old version will be missing data if it is used after this point).
So please head over to the download page and get the new version (live as of   visit   https://mycostpro.com/download   with your download key

Don't forget to use the automated transfer to keep your old data when you get your new version, go to the account info tab and follow the steps after download.

In this update:

 * Fixed issues with multi-item combined checkout
 ** Note: Multi-item checkout will create one blank sales record, this is by design of eBay as they assign a blank sales record to group the combined checkout
 * Added active hyperlink to view eBay listings by clicking the Item Description in the Sold List, Active List, and Unsold List
 * Sold list is now returning Cancelled and Refunded transactions
 * Customer Master now sorting properly

I am struggling to transfer data to the newest version. It's showing runtime error 1004. If I click end, then it just causes Excel to crash. Tried a couple times now with the same results.

I downloaded and transferred all my data but wound up with 4 copies on my desktop where I save it. Is there a way to check the versions so I can get rid of all of them but the newest? One of them says old and one says archive in the file name, the two I am left with look the same just one of the has the (1) where I downloaded it in the file name the other does not.

Hi,
The (1) in the file name indicates that windows saved a file with the same name as a file that already existed (it adds the 1 to make the file name unique).  When you transfer the data from the old sheet to the new one, it changes the name of the old sheet to have "old" in the file name in step 1, then it creates an archive of the old file with the date in the file name as a backup.  You can delete the one that says old after you have setup the new file.  I recommend keeping the archive (the one with the date) for at least a little while incase there are any issues you dont see right away.
