Snapshot Function
« on: August 18, 2020, 07:07:16 am »
HI, I am a new MCP user and like what I see so far. I have imported my last
90 days of sales, and all of my active listing's. I copied my active listings to the product master sheet and now manually entering price paid, date purchased etc.

My question is, when I open the Snapshot report I don't get back any information. It just stays blank even after refreshing the screen. Am I missing something?

Please double check the date range... it might be set to 2019 in the default download, in that case just change the dates and run the query again.

Thanks for the reply. my default date range is set to 01/01/2019 - 31/12/2099

When I try and change the date range it still comes up blank even when entering a smaller range. I also have my primary account selected.
If I enter a inventory source it still comes up blank also even though I know there are sales against that source.

Regards

Mat

Never mind got it to work.
I was using wrong date format. I was using DD/MM/YYYY rather than MM/DD/YYYY.

Us Aussies are backwards lol.
