Shipping Expense Column
« on: March 04, 2020, 10:27:43 pm »
I am having an issue with the Shipping Expense column...
Most of the time its blank, and I fill it in manually, and then each time I run the new transaction it makes most of my shipping costs blank again.
Wondering how I fix this issue

thanks!

Hi,
That sounds odd, because it is designed to never overwrite any value that you have input manually.

To the question of why it is blank most of the time... are you using ebay shipping program?  and are you enrolled in eBay selling manager (its free, you just have to click to join it on the ebay site)

I ship from ebay, and use paypal to pay for the shipping.
I think I am registered to Seller Hub.
