Missing a certain item from sold item list
« on: October 03, 2018, 10:39:30 pm »
Everything seems to be downloading properly into my list except one item I sold on 9/22/18.
Don't know if it had to do with the technical repair or anything but I can't figure out why it wont populate.
Any ideas?

There are a few possibilities...
First I recommend change the number of days on the Account Info tab to go back far enough to cover the missing sale...
If it still doesnt download, note that if the item was "cancelled" by ebay it will no longer download through the API.

If neither one of these fixes/explains it, please email me at support@mycostpro.com with a little more info and I will investigate further.

That fixed it, like you said in the email. I went back and updated my call duration to 90 days, then downloaded sales again and voila there it was.
Thanks for the help.

Where is the Account Info tab? I think I have similar issue, not downloading all 90 days of sold items.

Sorry to hear you are having a similar problem.  Take a look at #3 on our FAQ. It tells you how to do a 90 day call. There is also a little animated gif at the bottom that will illustrate it all for you.  https://mycostpro.com/faq
