Sold Items Missing in Download

I just installed the program for the trial period. Great work!
I downloaded my sold items but only 2 of 9 items came in to the spreadsheet. I have a total of 9 sold items on eBay so far, with 2 of those being scam orders that were canceled and relisted. I understand that those should not show up, but I still have 5 legitimate sales that did not come through. Note that the 2 that did come through are recent sales that have shipped but not delivered yet. The other 5 are completed sales that were delivered to the buyer.

Hi.
The default is to only check for the previous 7 days, but it can be extended up to 90 days.
In the account info tab, change the download duration up to 90, click the reset duration button, and then redownload your sales...
