Questions about Service

Hello,

I am having some troubles with inporting my Ebay selling data over the past 90 days. The app tells me "You have no new sales" when this is clearly not the case. I've tried resetting the duration, getting my token, reseting the app and more to resolve this but nothing is working.

Can you help solve this at all?

In addition:

There hasn't been updates to this software for over a year. Do you have any coming soon or plans to provide more support?

Resetting the download duration should have done the trick; can you send me a copy of your file at support@mycostpro.com  ?

Were there any specific updates you were looking for in particular?

You may think there have been no updates in over a year, but we are continually updating our back-end sever to continue to provide the sheet with the data our customers have come to expect.  eBay constantly changes their APIs, and we work to stay on top of the changes to keep MCP working for all our subscribers without the need to download new versions of the spreadsheet.  We pushed an update just yesterday, for example. Also, we are here to listen if you have feature requests and have implemented quite a few over the years from forum suggestions.
