Need some help with this program. Recovering from a brain injury
« on: December 17, 2019, 01:34:57 pm »
Hi,

I jsut purchased this product and am looking for a human being I can speak with over the phone to walk me through a few basic details regarding the use of this product. I am recovering from a brain injury and my cognition is a tad off at the moment so my learing curve is very slow. Selling on eBay keeps the roof over my head and this excel program is just what I have been looking for to streamline my accounting.

Here is my phone number if someone would be able to walk me through a few things.

(Phone number removed for privacy reasons)

Thank you,

Bruce

Bruce,
First of all, thank you for your purchase.
Unfortunately we can't offer phone support, but I feel confident the resources we have put together can help you get started.
If you do have any specific questions after watching the tutorial videos and trying things out on your own, I am more than happy to help by email.

To get started I recommend first checking out the getting started walk through here:
https://mycostpro.com/getting-started-2/

and then checking out the video tutorials here to get some examples of MyCostPro in use:
https://mycostpro.com/video-tutorials/

I see that you also found the FORUM, there are lots of questions there that have previously been answered, and is a good resource.
https://forum.mycostpro.com/

You can download new copies of the program as often as you like, so dont be afraid to play around with it to get a feel for it and then just revert back to a "new" copy.

I hope this helps.
Thanks,
Scott
