Item still on active list after selling cant downbload prior sales

HI!

Just purchased mycostpro  yesterday, it's going to be great!  Co incidentally I sold my first item shortly after that.  It now shows sold, but didn't remove from my active listings?  There is only one of this item.  Also, it is the only sale showing, though I have had more in the past 90 days?

Hi,
There is a setting in eBay that allows you to keep your listings active even after they sell out of stock... It sounds like you may have it setup that way.  If you go to your active listings page on ebay does it show as active with "0" quantity?

For your other question, the default download duration is set to 7 days, but this can easily be set to 90 days...

Go to the account info tab,
Change the number of days to 90
Click the button to apply download duration... (this will make the "90" disapear and prompt a message that the next download will cover 90 days.)
Go to the sold item  tab and re download your sales.
