Active and sold listings have stopped downloading from ebay

Hi,

My unsold items update fine, but the download option on both the sold listings and active listings sheets have not worked for a couple of days. Clicking on the button on the sold sheet gives me the message that no new items have sold, even though I just made a sale this morning.

Clicking the download button on the active listings sheet returns the number of listings that I had several days ago (does not reflect any listings I've added in the past two days).

UPDATE: as of this morning, active items are downloading fine, but sold items still are not downloading.

I suppose I may need a little more information to help.  Active and Sold data seem to be downloading fine on my end.  Is the sold data returned missing some transactions?  We only return orders that eBay deems "completed."  Could it be that the ones missing have not been completed?  If it is working now for you, it might have been a little hiccup on eBay's end.  They do have issues from time to time that can affect API functionality/connectivity for external applications.

I had one sale yesterday, for which the buyer has already paid and I've already shipped the item. It is in my eBay orders section under "paid and shipped".

I know one sale right now is not a huge deal, but with the weekend coming up, I want to be sure that everything is working properly. Thanks!

If that sale still hasn't shown up, try the following:

1. On the dashboard, click "Account Info"
2. In the "Sold Duration Days" field, enter 3 days (or however far back your missing sale is plus one day)
3. Click "Reset Download Duration" (It's the button directly below the field
4. Navigate to the Sold Item List
5. Click "Download Sales from eBay"

If any sales entries are received from eBay that aren't currently in the list, they should be added.  Let me know if this helps.  I'll check back as much as I can during the holiday to make sure you get your data.  I feel pretty confident that things are good moving forward though.
