Manged payments and Promoted listings reporting

Will the new ebay managed payments system allow for more detailed reporting on promoted listing sales and fees? I know that under the Paypal system, ebay API's couldn't access that, but I'm curious if this changes anything.

This is something we are continuously monitoring to see if eBay provides a new way of linking the promoted listing fees to individual transactions... so far we can still only link them to the listing ID but we will keep monitoring as their newest set of APIs gets further developed and added onto.
