Upgrade Fees Not Showing Up

I just had this problem today where I made ten sales, most of which were from promoted listings, but the "upgrade fees" for those promoted listings aren't showing up on my sold list. Any ideas how to fix it?

Hi,
The promoted listing fees are returned through the API at the Listing level (not the transaction level).
So while we gather the correct total amounts, they are grouped together per Listing instead of on each transaction row (because we cannot accurately tie it to a transaction).
So you should find all of the promoted listing fees on one of the transaction rows.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. These were individual sales, not sales to one customer. I also just noticed that the package tracking #s for a lot of my recent sales have not uploaded either.
