Notdownloading all my sales

I am only getting 18 of my 43 sold items that closed last Saturday 4/11/20. I have sold an item since then on a buy it now and it came down but not the balance of my sales from Saturday. Help

Hi,
It sounds like you may need to reset your download duration in the Account Info tab to grab those missing sales:
Go to the account info tab
Input the number of days needed to go back for those sales (up to 90 days)
Click the 'apply duration' button
and then re download your sales.

That should do it!

No,, that did not work. Again, I downloaded my sales right after the auctions closed last Saturday night. It only picked up about half of the auctions. Since then I have tried repeatedly to download those sales and the only addition was a buy it now that recently sold.

Now that you mention Auctions, have they been paid for yet?  The sale is added to the API download after payment...

Yes, all auctions have been paid for and shipped.
