How are returns and partial refunds handled in MYCOSTPRO. I have been wondering this the last couple of weeks. Now I have three returns on the way back to me.

Hi,
As long as you have the current version of the sheet, returns should be handled if you update the period of time for that sold item again.  To change the number of days that you want the sold call to refresh, you can set the number of days in the account info tab.
It will fill in the refund amount when you update.

Sensei, are you having trouble finding it, or trouble getting it to populate?  Here is an image to help find it:
