Hi,
If you are seeing shipping populated on most items, but a few are missing, my best guess is that you downloaded the sold items before you had paid for the shipping.
If this is the case, you can reset the Account Info tab to go back far enough to cover that sale again, and then re run the sold item query.
NOTE: Any BLANK fields will update when you re run the sold item query. If you have "$0.00" or any other value that you want to refresh, select the cell and clear contents (hit the delete key) and when you re run the sold item query it will update that field.
Other notes about shipping:
* Requires you to be enrolled in eBay selling manager (free)
* If you download prior to actual shipping, it will display the LISTING shipping cost. If you want to update with the actual cost after you have shipped the item, follow the steps above.
