I'm having this problem today as well. I have not changed my ebay password though. I had to re-authorize my token and did so. I went to the my token status link and put in my token and it says it is authorized and working.

Hi,
Please check your token through the website by pasting your download key here:

https://mycostpro.com/ebay-token-status

It is normal for the token to be revoked if you change your ebay password, and you will just need to re-authorize it.
When you paste the key in and check, you should see a red X indicating the token is not currently valid.  It will then provide a link below that to the ebay site to authorize a new token.

Hi Scott,
We had to reset our eBay password due to a data breach out in the world. I went to download transactions for the last month and it's showing none. I tried the Get Token button but it just comes back with a message saying I already have the token.

Edit: My wife said that Thursdays (today) are when eBay does updates and weird things happen. I will try later and tomorrow and update this thread if there is still a problem.

Hi, you can add sales manually, but you need to make sure all of the required fields are included:

Item/Transaction ID (Unique)
Quantity
Sale Date
Month Sold
Sale Price

I got the transaction list from ebay and added all of last years info but when I go to change it to 2024 instead of 2025, there is no 2024 only 2025

First of all, thank you for the comment
I would like to first mention that we are continuously updating behind the scenes; the ebay APIs continuously are evolving and we stay on top of that on the back-end that you dont see.
We only post about updates that require a new download, or if they impact your download result that you need to be aware of.
That being said, YES, we have a long in-progress update in the works still... release date TBD.
