I dont see why not, you can copy and paste into the Product Master tab.  If you need to see the excel ribbon bars, you can click the black FULL SCREEN button at the top right, and it will bring back the normal menus, row and column labelling, etc.

It sounds like you need to reset your download duration.
On the account info / setting tab, change the number of days to go back to the missing sales (up to 90), click the 'reset duration' button, and then redownload your sales.

When I ask the program to import my sales, it goes throught the steps but then I get the message that there are no new sales.  It hasn't grabbed any of my sales since January 11.

How do I get it to import my sales?

Hi,
Please check your Ad Fee column first, as it can be confusing.

Since ad fees are returned through the API at the LISTING level, and not at the TRANSACTION level, they will all be grouped into the first item that sells for that Listing.
So the totals should be correct, but that one listing may look very high.
Let me know if you have additional questions if that is the cause.

I have just started using the program.  I've entered in my stock and costs, my Expenses, and downloaded EBAY data.
After the first sale I got, everything looked good. However, when I entered the second sale, the selling expense went way up.

I did put in zero for the product cost (intentional), could this be an issue?

Thanks for pointing that out MikeR.  I forgot to mention that in my reply to you.

If you reset your token you will usually need to reset your download duration as well, so its best to just do it all together.
After the token is reauthorized, in the account info tab change the number of days to go back to the missing sales, click the 'reset duration' button, and then re-download your sales.

That worked! Thanks Scott.

Doug, all you have to do is go into the Account/Info Settings where you authorize the token. Then set the number of days to check back to maybe a day before you last downloaded before your problem. In my case it was 5/30, so I set the days to 45 to more than cover it and it worked fine.

Update:
It's now downloading sales, but only the sales I've made today and none of the ones I've sold since my last sales download, which was on 6/25.
