Maybe add a Qty column to Master Product page then when items sell, it reduces the quantity by 1? User can use drop down filters to filter by quantity.

Hello,

  Revisiting this for some guidance.  I have two items that I put in my PRODUCT MASTER with unique SKUs.  I listed them on eBay and they did not sell.  The items showed on UNSOLD LIST as expected.  I used eBay relist option and lowered the price.  The items sold and now show on both SOLD LIST and the UNSOLD LIST. It is also still listed on Product Master.  Any suggestions on how to keep accurate track of inventory still in stock? I could use ACTIVE items but what if I have items that are NOT currently listed on eBay?

Hello,

   I noticed that the tracking information nor the postage amount for items using the new Standard Envelope shipping option from eBay does not populate. Is this something that could be added?

I am a similar seller as 2southpaws as all of my items are one time purchases of collectibles and I don't restock. I would like an easy way to view what inventory I still have that has not sold.  To manage the inventory better, is the recommedation to use Product Name Unique?  Could I just make the item title and the Product Name the same?   I already use unique SKUs for each of my items. 

I appreciate you answering all my questions Scott.  I've been trying to research as much as I can on these forums before asking queztions. Hopefully the answers help other users getting familiar wiith MyCostPro.

Technical Support / New User / New year setup

I would like to start using MyCostPro clean effective 1/1/2023.  During my initial setup, it downloaded the previous 90 days sales.  Can I manually delete the rows with dates prior to 1/1/2023 or is there a recommended way to delete data?  (I will adjust my call duration after so that it doesn't download again)

Hello,

   When I purchase items for resell, I cut and paste item descriptions from invoices into the Product Master Detail and give them a unique SKU prior to listing on eBay.
   When I resell them on eBay, I often use my own item description and enter the unique SKU from the Product Master Detail.  Since I do this my Item Purchase Price does not show up since the spreadsheet matches on item description.  Any future enhancement plans to match on SKU?
