As far as we are aware we are capturing everything.  The eBay store fee is just kind of in a different category of fee which is why it doesnt get captured in our current flow of API calls.
Please let us know if you think you are missing anything from any particular sale and we can check the background data for it.

That shipping column was intended as a standardized cost for you to ship the item to the customer, mainly for customers that ship outside of the eBay ecosystem, because they will not get the shipping information through the API.  So in that specific example, you could either put $105 directly into the purchase price, or put the additional $5 into the packaging column.  Does that make sense?

Hi,
It will pull in the shipping from product master if there is no value returned from eBay in the API.
If there is any value returned, including $0.00, it will not pull in the value from the product master tab.  It will however pull in the shipping supplies column regardless, so if you want to be sure it pulls it in you could put the value in that cell.

Hi,
It sounds like you might need to reset your download duration.
From the account info / setting tab, change the number of days to cover your missing sales (up to 90) and click the 'reset duration' button, and then re download your sales.

Hi, the fees come in their final form through the API, so any discounts and/or penalties are already reflected in the final value fee column.
The column was left in place incase it was ever needed, but you can hide it as it is not currently required.

Hi, can you check to make sure you dont have any blank rows where there is no sales data in the entire row, or some of the data missing such as the unique item ID?
If you do, and if you delete that row it should fix the issue.
If you dont see anything like that or would like me to check it out please send me the file to support@mycostpro.com

The 'Click Layout Assist' button was in fact deprecated and replaced with an updated 'Hide all 'H' column' button.

The old Click Layout Assist caused performance issues, especially on larger files, and caused a lot of confusion with users, which is why this change was implemented.

I hope that helps; I am open to suggestions to improve future updates as well if you have any feedback about the new button.

Im not sure why its not populating on top, if you contact me at support@mycostpro.com with more details I should be able to fix that for you.
It is just for tracking, we are looking a future update for that data to also populate an expense, but currently it just tracks.
