Technical Support / Cannot download sales from primary account

I have two eBay accounts. I cannot download sales from the primary account. Thought it might be the token. When I clicked get token it shows that the token is already registered. The second account is able to download sales.

Technical Support / Cost Of Goods Is Blank

Under Reports Annual Performance Analysis my Cost Of Goods cell for October is blank. When I click full screen I can see a formula for all the past months and future but no formula for October. Not sure how it became blank. Thought I could copy and past from another month and change the cell letter but it looks like the cell is locked. What needs to be done to fix this.

Had to change my eBay password now I cannot download sales to MyCostPro. Thought I needed a new token but don't know howto do it if that is the problem. Can you help me?

How are returns and partial refunds handled in MYCOSTPRO. I have been wondering this the last couple of weeks. Now I have three returns on the way back to me.

Feature Requests / Freeze Item Title

Be able to freeze Item Title column so you can scroll across other columns. This way you know easily what data goes to what item without counting down cells. Maybe access to the view tab in Excel to select freeze panes or click the top of the column to freeze it.

I don't see a cell to keep track of my Active Item Cost. I see on Sold Item List a spot for Item Purchase Price. I was hoping my cost of an item in the Active Item List would auto-populate in the Sold Item List. Is there a way to keep track of my item cost
