Technical Support / Adding non-Ebay items to Sold List

« on: January 06, 2019, 07:39:06 am »

Since I sell on other platforms - Posh, FB Marketplace - can/how I manually add sold items to my spreadsheet?  I've tried before and the "update sold items" function always erases them.  Is there something I should be doing different when manually adding?

Technical Support / Not downloading all my sold items from within a single day

« on: November 08, 2018, 06:53:35 am »

When updating the sold list yesterday and again today, it is missing downloading 3 of 4 sales that I had on a particular day.  I have the call feature set to 90 days and have tried re-downloading sales a couple times and it is still missing those 3 items.

General Discussion / Listing Invetory

I'm new to using MyCostPro and wondering what the ideal/best practice is for when you purchase inventory - do you first list it on the product tab and if so, once you list it on ebay, how does the information you already entered about the item get matched w/ the active item in order for the price, sourcing and date purchased to all be matched up?
