That worked! Thanks Scott.

Doug, all you have to do is go into the Account/Info Settings where you authorize the token. Then set the number of days to check back to maybe a day before you last downloaded before your problem. In my case it was 5/30, so I set the days to 45 to more than cover it and it worked fine.

Hi Scott,
We had to reset our eBay password due to a data breach out in the world. I went to download transactions for the last month and it's showing none. I tried the Get Token button but it just comes back with a message saying I already have the token.

Edit: My wife said that Thursdays (today) are when eBay does updates and weird things happen. I will try later and tomorrow and update this thread if there is still a problem.

Technical Support / Can't Expand/Collapse Columns, no Layout Assist button

Hi there. I had some technical issues back in February with upgrading to the January update that you fixed for me. Somewhere in that process, possibly even prior, I lost the ability to collapse columns in the Sold Items (all the sheets actually). I've hidden a bunch of columns that I don't need, but it's still pretty wide and the collapse feature is nice. 

I referred back to the tutorial videos but don't see the Layout Assist button. Did you guys remove that button, is my file messed up, or has it been deprecated for some reason?

Yes I did have it in a separate folder. I sent an email with the file and another unrelated question.

Hi Scott,
I am trying to update to the latest version and went through the directions to the final step where you click button 2 in the new sheet. It is giving a "run-time error '52' Bad file name or number" error. I did enable macros and trusted the document before this along with entering the download key.
