Frequently Asked Questions / Profit / Loss Sales Taxes are being used against the Profit

U.S. Law says Ebay has to collect Sales Tax from the customer for the state they live in, It appears that the sales tax is being used in the cost of goods which is reducing the Profit. Is there a way to stop this tax calculation.
