Technical Support / Strange things happening when adding new sales

All sales downloaded the last time I did it 10/26-10/29 have strange high postage amounts that don't match reality. Example: Sold a dvd for 29.99 free ship. I bought a label for 3.49, the postage is listed as $25.75! Assuming I'll have to manually reset all those....
Also downloaded sales from 10/30 to today 11/3 no postage values downloaded at all! Blank! I did reset my token and it still doesn't work.
Happy to send screenshots.
