I sent the file to you on February 4th. Have you had a chance to look at it?

Technical Support / Expense Tracking
« on: February 12, 2021, 08:59:15 am »
My items from expense tracking were not populating (itemizing) to my P&L reports. Then, when I sorted the expense tracking by date, it now says "N/A". What can I do to fix this and get my expenses to itemize and my P&L reports to work?

When I closed out I did not save the changes, so the NA is no longer an issue, but my expense tracking items still are not populating to my reports.

General Discussion / Paying for MyCostPro

How do I change the way I pay for my subscription to My Cost Pro? Do I have to pay with PayPal? Now that I am on managed payments I would rather use the same checking/debit card directly rather than through PayPal. Is that possible?

General Discussion / Charged Shipping vs Actual Shipping
« on: July 24, 2020, 07:36:16 pm »
I am new to MyCostPro and so far I am very pleased with the interface and the reports, but I have one major (technical?)issue:

I have downloaded 90 days of ebay sales (SOLD ITEMS). All the information seems to have populated correctly except shipping. The numbers in the expense column under Postage show the amount I charged the customer for shipping, but not what I actually paid for the shipping after my discount. I wanted to get an accurate Net Profit, so I entered the actual costs manually for each item, but even when I looked at the SNAPSHOT it appears it is using the shipping charged vs actual shipping paid. How do I correct this?
