Technical Support / Ability to manually enter sales from other platforms, like Bonanza?

One of my eBay items sold in my Bonanza store. I manually entered the sale on the Sold sheet and clicked Save. When I next updated my eBay sales, it was overwritten. Any way to manually enter sales not on eBay?

In an earlier version, we entered our store level under the Account Info tab, I think. Was that removed? Thank you.

I have a premium store and have looked and looked, but can't find how to input that fact so it can compute my FVF discounts. Thank you.

Hi, I saw the popup about the 1/15/17 update that said to go to mycostpro.com/forum to read update notes, but I have been unable to find them. The last time I upgraded, I appreciated the new features, but I lost my entire SKU list. I didn't want to update before reading any special notes or instructions. Can you give me a link to whatever it is you wanted us to know about the update? Thank you.

Hi. No matter what I do, there is one Sold listing that does not show.

Also, my Listed On date is not being autofilled. Is there something I need to change?

Your advice about expanding the columns worked. Thanks a lot.

Thanks for your response. I am only seeing one column for shipping and handling. On my spreadsheet it is between "sale price" and "SKU". I am using the full screen. Can you give me a little more direction on where the other postage field is?

Also, I have one sale from about 12 hours ago that does not show up in my SOLD sheet, though I have updated it a couple times. It's not in my ACTIVE sheet either. Any advice? Thank you. I appreciate this tool you have created.

Hello, thank you for MyCostPro. I appreciate its usefulness. Two questions:

Is there a way to enter my purchase price in the Active Listings sheet? (I sell unique items - not items that I restock)

Sometimes the actual postage paid varies from the amount charged the buyer. Is there a way to enter those differences?
