As of October 24th my new sales will download into the sold tab, but when I go to the monthly tab, they've stopped updating.  I re-entered the 90 day pull and that didn't help, and then i went through the "update to a new version" process to see if a new copy would help but that didn't help either.

Sorry I'm not sure where we got mixed up.  You had me email you previously because my reports weren't populating for the year, P&L and such.  You answered me with "send me your copy in an email" which i did, and that was the last I heard of it.  My reports still aren't populating, not in 2021 or previous years.  Did i miss an email back with a fixed copy?  Or should i re-download the software?  I apologize if I missed something.  I am now able to log on, the subscription error is fixed which i greatly appreciate.  But i still can't see any P&L's or any of the other reports, they just remain blank.  Thanks for all your help.

I tried to log in today and it is saying my subscription has elapsed.  The payment comes automatically out of my paypal.  I haven't changed anything on my end.  Does this mean my first year is up and I need to re-subscribe? I honestly think my year was up closer to December/January vs the end of March anyway.  Please advise.

For some reason my Quarterly/Yearly reports such as P&L etc are not populating with any numbers for 2021.  The home screen is populating numbers, but when i switch to see this year vs last, i can pull up last year but this year remains blank.  Please advise.

General Discussion / Correct expense placement

Good morning!
  I sell comic books and I was wondering if anyone would like to weigh in on how i should list the expense of inventory.  Currently I have each book figured up on how much they cost comparative to how much i spent on the collection.  So I spent $5 on 5 books i put $1.00 in my item cost line for cost of goods.  Any benefit or negative to putting the whole $5 cost into expenses for that single month instead of putting it into cog as they sell?  some books can take months to sell, some take a day or two.  Just curious.
