Technical Support / Refunded Amount not importing from Ebay

I sold an item thru GSP and Ebay canceled the shipment as it was restricted and gave a refund automatically.  The refund is not showing up when I do an update.  How can I get the refund to populate in the spreadsheet.  I removed the entry and tried to reload, but it did not pick it up again.

So if the column value is #NA the item was not found in the active list so it is assumed to be sold.

Is there an Excel Marco to cleanup at year end.  Clean Up would be to remove all sold items from the previous year from the product master. That way when the new year spread sheet is created it will only contain the products not sold instead of all products

General Discussion / Costs have stopped populating from Product Master

When I press the "Download Sales from Ebay" my costs have stopped being filled in from the Product Master.  Even when I try to update from the product master by pressing the "Apply Updates...." button nothing updates.  It stopped filling in costs on 2/15

When I pull Sales the expense postage field is being fulled with a negative value or a value of 32 cents.  Where does this value come from.

Is it possible to search the product detail sheet for a specific product.  Every time I try, Excel cant find anything.  I have sorted the description, manually found the item, do a search and its returns not found.
