Technical Support / Can't download more than the last 7 days of data

Hi

I started my trial today and really like what I see, but have run across a problem.  I can only download 7 days of sales data.  I have changed the sold duration days to 90 on my account page but am still not able to get more than 7 days of sales downloaded.
