Technical Support / December 2023 Sales Analysis Not working

Hi -

Data is importing but the not updating in the Monthly analysis page.  It is updating in annual anaylysis page.

Everything was working fine in Nov.

Please advise.

I really like the spreadsheet and I have now begun to benefit with the multi year data being easily available.

Would it be possible to create a graph/image that shows multiple years or months from previous years. In much the way you have the analysis set up - could one look at November for example - going back 3 years - same for total year.

Also,would it be possible to create information tied to sales such as Avg Selling Price (  1 day / 7 day/ 30 day/ 1 year) ?

as well as average net Income ( 1 day /7 day/30 day/1 year).

And while I am giving you work to do - would it be possible to allow for an exchange rate to be added into the input .  Eg input $10.00 converts to $10.00 * exchange rate.  I could really use this on Shipping and cost of goods.

Technical Support / Descriptions missing

Hi - I am downloading data from ebay, BUT the data minus the descriptions are coming in.

When I do a sort by date - the blank descriptions don't go to the top.  Rather I find them at the bottom .  When I enter a description and resort - they come out in order.

I've been using the program/app for over a year.

Can you tell me what is going on please.

today's sales imported

Missing in action are all sales 29 and 30th.

Is there a customer service person monitoring these forums?

Do you have any idea why updating off of ebay is simply not working tonight.  I am getting message that there are no new orders. When I know there are new orders. 

Is this ebay or is it mycostpro?

Technical Support / Sorting & Importing data

I would like the incoming data to sort with last in at the top - rather than scrolling all the way down. How can I do this?

I would also like to import data from Easy Auction Tracker can I do that?  How?
