Technical Support / Sold List is not loading and just crashes

Not sure what happened but my spreadsheet doesn't want to load when I try to download my sales. It sits on the screen that says it's going to download. i even changed the duration

Hi!

For most of my sold items, it is showing the actual postage but there are other lines where it isn't reflecting the actual postage paid. How can I fix this?
