Title: No New Items Have Sold

When I ask the program to import my sales, it goes throught the steps but then I get the message that there are no new sales.  It hasn't grabbed any of my sales since January 11.

How do I get it to import my sales?

It sounds like you need to reset your download duration.
On the account info / setting tab, change the number of days to go back to the missing sales (up to 90), click the 'reset duration' button, and then redownload your sales.
