Title: offsite and pay per click promotions

does my cost pro take into account offsite and pay per click promotions also in account or do we have to add these manually?

It does gather the ebay ad fees.  Are the offsite fees you mention managed by ebay?

Yes, both are on campaigns. Also, paid per click is different from promoted listings. So I just wanted to check if it picks up just to be sure.

What do you mean by listing ID? this is for Uk marketplace; do you mean eBay item number? i will check through the ad fees, as the listing has lost via promoted listing and also paid per click promotions

Yes, if you send the item number and your download key to support@mycostpro.com  I can check and tell you what each of the fees coming across the API are labelled as.
