Good morning,
I see a column for this, but it doesn't populate with my top rated seller discount. Help? Thank you!

Hi, the fees come in their final form through the API, so any discounts and/or penalties are already reflected in the final value fee column.
The column was left in place incase it was ever needed, but you can hide it as it is not currently required.

I just recently received Top Rated status also. I inquired with eBay earler tjis morning on why I haven't received my Top Rated discount since reaching the level on 5/25 and I've made sales since. They said the discount is applied 48 hours after payment. I always thought it was when payment was made.
I looked this evening on eBay and received a bunch of Top Rated credit since it has been 48+ hours. I don't see them reflrected on my Sold Item List. The Final Value fee has remained the same as when I first downloaded the sales. Where would I see this discounts or credits?

Thanks for the details Creeperkat, we will check the API documentation to make sure it is being returned correctly and give everyone an update.

I think I was given bad information from the first eBay agent in my post above. I wasn't seeing any credits after my first contact with them. The first agent appears to have given me full credit on my fees (whoa!). I contacted them today and got a different agent. This agent stated it takes effect on the 1st of the month after achieving the Top Rated Seller. For me that would have been June 1st. I made some sales yesterday, the discount is there and also matches what is shown in Final Value Fee column on MyCostPro.
I think I am all good here. Sorry about the confusion caused by eBay agent earlier.
