I have messed up all my info and would like to start over with a start date of 1/1/23
i am unable to change the # days to go back .how do i do so?

This is done on the account info / settings tab.
Change the number of days there, click the 'reset duration' button, there will be a pop up, aknowledge that, and then re download your sales.
Let me know if you still have any trouble.

I still have no columns listed except item # and descripotion.
I may have messed this up when  improperly attempting to delete sales before 1/1/23.

It would be best to redownload a new copy of the file at:  https://mycostpro.com/download
