Title: Missing Sales

I had to authenicate my account today for some reason and now I can't get all my sales. I've always been able to get my sales for previous weeks.
I tried to download my latest sales and it only gave me sales for the last week.  I am missing sales for the entire month of July.  When I tried to
go to the account info and set the duration.  I only get a message...  The next sold call for "my activation code" will check the previous  days. How do I get all my sales??

Hi,
After you input the number of days and you get that message, you just need to redownload your sales again and it will get everything missing from that period.
