Title: Refunded Amount not importing from Ebay

I sold an item thru GSP and Ebay canceled the shipment as it was restricted and gave a refund automatically.  The refund is not showing up when I do an update.  How can I get the refund to populate in the spreadsheet.  I removed the entry and tried to reload, but it did not pick it up again.

Hi, it will pick up refunds through the eBay system, is it possible that you manually refunded via paypal instead of through ebay?
If you send me the details to support@mycostpro.com I will see what comes through in the background data for it.
