Scott,
Did some resarch here and saw a post from 2017 with a similar issue, but it states it's solved. Here is what is happening
I installed MyCostPro yesterday and started using it. I downloaded the sold items list, then I created the Product Master from it. Updated all missing info on Product Master and hit button "Apply to Sold List". BUT, the sold list is not updating :(
Please advise

Sorry to see you are having issues. Are you trying to match items by SKU or title?
