Title: postage fees not pulling from ebay

I downloaded sales from ebay and everything fills in except for the postage. I shipped everything through ebay.. any ideas?

Hi,
To get the shipping information you will also need to activate Selling Manager on eBay.  It is free, and it allows MyCostPro to get the shipping expenses when you ship through eBay.

I pulled the instructions here on how to activate Selling Manager.

1. On your my eBay page, click the Account tab.
2. Click Subscriptions in the menu that appears. ...
3. Click the eBay Selling Manager (or Selling Manager Pro) Learn More link.
4. Read the information on the resulting Selling Manager page, and then click the Sign Up Now link.

i did as you said and its not showing the shipping fees, also i cant get the product purchase cost to transfer to sold list from the product master

Hi again,
Note: Once you sign up for Selling Manager it will allow MyCostPro to get shipping fees from then on, but it still cant get the fees for the items that shipped prior to signing up...

For your second question, can you email the me the specifics at support@mycostpro.com so I can see what the problem is?
