Title: downloading sold items from ebay for the first time

Just downloaded the program and went to download sales from ebay.  Only 2 weeks downloaded.  The video indicated 90 days would download.  Is there something I need to do to get the last 90 days?

Hi,
You simply need to:
-Go to the Account Info/settings tab
-Change the number of days to "90"
-Click the "reset duration" button
-Then go back to the sold item tab and re-run the inquery.
