Title: active items not updating (and MCP is telling me I have no active items)

This morning, when I clicked on the "check active items on ebay" button on the ActiveList tab, all of my active items disappeared from the spreadsheet and I received the message "you have no active items". I tried it several times, and also tried closing and reopening the spreadsheet and then trying again. No luck.

I'm afraid of clicking the "download sales from ebay" button on the SoldList tab, for fear that those will disappear as well.

Can you tell me what's going on?

Hi,
We did have an issue with our server going down which has now been resolved.

Just additional information about your concern:
The active items go away because they are (when there isnt a server error) replaced by the new list of active items.
If you had run the sold item check, they would not dissapear like that, because it only adds new sold items.  So you wouldnt have lost your data (but it would not have added new ones).

Everything is back to normal now, thanks for letting us know of the issue.

I am now having this same issue - has been happening since yesterday (9/24) when I went to update the active item list and today when I tried again.
