Title: Can't download more than the last 7 days of data

Hi

I started my trial today and really like what I see, but have run across a problem.  I can only download 7 days of sales data.  I have changed the sold duration days to 90 on my account page but am still not able to get more than 7 days of sales downloaded.

I'm sorry you are having issues.  The steps are as follows:
1. Click "Account Info" button
2. Enter "90" in the "Sold Duration Days" field
3. Click the "Reset Download Duration" button
4. Click the "Sold Item List" button
5. Click the "Download Sales from eBay" button
6. Be patient.  The 90 day calls can take several minutes to return

My guess is that you skipped step 3.  Please feel free to let us know if you have more issues or questions.
