Had to change my eBay password now I cannot download sales to MyCostPro. Thought I needed a new token but don't know howto do it if that is the problem. Can you help me?

Hi,
Please email your user information privately to the support@mycostpro.com email address and we will reset your token so that it will direct you to eBay to authorize it next time you use MyCostPro.
